One of our favourite jellies, the Curious Chilli Jelly was the first ever product made  at Briscoe’s. It was the original recipe and the inspiration behind the full range you see today. This chilli jellyment is perfect with seafood and Christmas cheese platters!

Use as a dip (splendid with spring rolls), stir into sauces or use as your secret ingredient in a chocolate tart! Dip, spread, spoon or stir to bring a smooth chilli taste and spice to your favourite recipes.

These small batch, artisan jellies are made in the heart of Yorkshire.
